Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. The counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, along with the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of the courts where the website operates), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
